it is comforting to purchase a product from a retailer I trust as apposed to an unknown supplier On Line
I haven't really noticed any weight loss, however I know it will make you use the bathroom in more ways than one. Make sure you drink the recommended amount of water it says to take with these capsules. It isn't a full on appetite suppressant for me, but I have been eating smaller amounts of food and feeling full. I have more energy from taking these too. I wish they were carried in my stores around where I live, then I wouldn't have to pay for shipping.
I have taken Pure Health Garcinia Cambogia Vegetarian Capsules For 10 days- two capsules thirty minutes before each meal with a full glass of water. I have lost 5 pounds so far. I'm not on any kind of diet or exercise program, but I don't feel the need to snack at night watching TV as I used to do. It's hard to explain but my insides feel better. If I got more exercise it would probably produce even better results.
I have been taken 2-4 capsules a day three time a week and it work for me. I have lose 3 lbs in a week. Hopefully, I will loss 3 more pounds in a week. It suppress my appetite and lowering my calorie intake at the same time. But I did eat more proteins, vegetables, and fruits than carbohydrates which may have assist with my weight loss.
This product will help kick start your weight loss program. It is not a subsitute for diet and excercise. I do recommend adding it to your exisiting program.

Notice immediate difference in my energy level and a decrease in my appetite. I would recommend this product. It is pricey since you need to take a total of six (6) tablets a day--two (2) tablets before three (3) daily meals--so the 90 count bottle will only last about 15 days.
The product itself is good but haven't lost any weight yet but haven't gained any yet. The delivery was quicker than what was said. I love shopping at Walmart online...they have everything and are so reliable. Thank you.
Garcinia Cambogia seems to work if taken the right way. I often forget during the day before a meal - so I don't think I'm getting the results I should. I have noticed better sleep.
I bought this product after buying into all the positive feedback before purchasing this product. I am a 5'2", 140 lb. female, hoping to drop 10 lbs. the easy way. I took the supplements as directed for a month and didn't lose a thing. Going back to the gym!
