My daughter does like these. We have to cut them in small pieces for her. I started her on two a day but it seemed to upset her stomach so I dropped down to one a day. Shes still been having gas and bloating so I am now trying one every other day to help her. She's always had issues with constipation so I thought I'd give these a try.
My kiddo is really good at taking his gummies but he just didn't like the taste of these. I will have him try it again but he said they didn't taste good and preferred his Nature's Truth gummies. Unfortunately, they don't have fiber gummies under that brand.
