It has lactobacilus reuteri and rhamnosus which are both known to help rebalance the gut and alleviate symptoms of GI distress. I have IBS and felt like this probiotic in particular helps ease my symptoms. Huge fan of this supplement.

I don't have a lot of gastrointestinal issues but I notice less bloating since I've been taking this. It's easy to take because the capsules are small. I have not experienced any bad side effects.
