One of the best known quality brands. No refrigeration needed
I've had worsening abdominal pains for years. Colonoscopy, CT scan and ultrasound are all negative. About two weeks after beginning these probiotics twice daily, I realized I was not hurting. Twice I missed them about three days and noticed the pains returning. Needles to say I restarted them both times. I won't be without them

This blend of probiotics has different strains normally not found in the USA brands. It has the strains needed to digest kelp/ seaweed which the USA options don't usually if ever have. It helps to increase the diverity of a person's microbiome.
My wife and I take them, helps our stomachs to feel better. Better solution to calcium which just takes away your symptoms but doesn't improve your gut health.
