My lactation consultant recommended this product when my baby was 2 weeks old. I have taken these vitamins religiously every day since and my baby is now 9 months old and I haven't had to supplement with a drop of formula! This is my 4th child and I had to supplement formula with the others, but not this time!
This is the one that works! I've tried so many supplements. So many techniques. So many things. So much stress. OMG. When taking this along with MotherLove Moringa I am currently pumping 2+ oz more per session. And it worked in a matter of days! This is crazy!

I have used other lactation supplements in the past, but this one is the best by far! I noticed an increase in my supply within a day or two. The only downside is you have to remember to take one three times a day. If you are looking for a boost to your supply I strongly recommend giving these a try!

I tried fenugreek and blessed thistle capsules. I was taking 3-4 fenugreek pills and 2 blessed thistle pills 3 times a day and drinking mother's milk tea. Then I came across these pills and take 1 pill 3 times a day and drink mother's milk tea and wow! I am pumping out some serious milk! I exclusively pump because my son won't latch on. My supply was not good. I had to supplement with formula. However, a few weeks ago I started producing enough to not have to feed my son any formula. And now with the help of Gaia, I seem to be producing enough for an oversupply! And that is what I need because I am pumping 6-7 times a day and in between feeding my son and taking care of my 3 year old, I honestly do not know how I will get through a whole year. I am so glad I found this product.
I've been using this product for two months now and it's been great at increasing my supply. I really notice a difference when I don't take them. My last child I could only produce about 20% of his milk and my current child with lactation pills along with a few other things I'm at about 90%. I'm taking 5 pills a day:-)
This product didnt work for me because I pump at work and for some reason I cant get anything to work to help produce more :(. I have heard it works wonders for others who do not have let down problems but only supply problems.
I can't say this product made a difference in my milk supply it seemed the same before and after I took the supplement. I know everyone is different though my cousin recommended it to me bc she said it made a difference for her. My best advice is to just make sure you either pump or breastfeed every 2 hours to get your supply up. I exclusively pump due to difficult circumstances and lots of power pumping, plenty of fluids, and staying nourished was finally in the end what gave me a steady supply
I nursed my daughter for the suggested full year. Not without struggle. I did everything the books said to keep up supply. She stayed at a sitter during the week so I could work, so I pumped for her. I could barely keep up so I had to pump at night and whenever I had a free moment to keep up with her demand. Two months before I stopped nursing, I was having major let-down problems which would cause her to scream and get frustrated and give up on nursing. So I thought maybe there just wasn't enough for her so I bought this stuff after trying all the other stuff like Fenugreek. I don't think I really saw that much of a difference. Plus, it is expensive so I only took it when I felt like I was REALLY running low. I never even finished the bottle. I had to stop nursing anyway right after she turned one because she just wasn't interested anymore. So, you might want to give it a try, but I didn't see an increase in supply.
