Storage Cabinet In Dark Russet Cherry Fi

Wasn't as cute as it was in the picture.

I knew that it was supposed to be a rustic cherry, but I wasn't fully quite prepared to see the actual color of the storage unit when it arrived. It is like a faux mahogany color and dark brownish looking. I was under the impression that it would look a little more modern like in the picture. But the actual storage is a a bit more ornate with deep grooves in the doors. (in the picture it appears to just be a slight groove). I think the color makes the most difference. So, I plan to do a paint job on the storage unit using a faux wood grain technique with grey and dark grey paint. I wasn't hugely happy with this purchase, but I intend to make it work. Storage space was wonderful and I was able to put it together myself. NOTE: Very fast to put together with an electric screw driver. It took me around 30 - 45 mins
