Sent back, didn't need it
My husband is very hard of hearing and especially at night when he doesn't have his hearing aids in; and when his alarms go off the monitor helps him to hear. That way he is able to take care of his own personal needs.
Easy to charge and works like a charm. You don't need wifi for it to work.
The only way to contact customer service is by e-mail. There's a slip in the original packaging that tells you not to return it to the store. After going through all the hassle of contacting them by e-mail, they sent me a reply that said return it to the store. Nice product, customer service ????
