I like the fact that this includes a lot of good ingredients not found in other supplements. However, the spill smells bad but does the job. It is a good size, it says to have 2-3 pills a day but I only take one so this should last me while.

I have always loved futurebiotics, and this product is also one of theirs. I have seen improvement with my skin, nails and hair since I started using it.
Good quality with all the ingredients I need , the size and dosage is enough for a long time , no taste and scent but the benefit is good , I feel energised and my nails are stronger , not sure about it's effect on hair though , but overall it is a good supplement
I really like this product. After taking these for a few days I noticed my skin had broken out in acne. After a few more days it had cleared up nicely and is looking so much better after 2 weeks! They do smell worse than they taste. You can't really taste them and no funky after taste which is good. My nails feel much stronger after taking my sns nails off

Good quality, ingredients and benefits. But the size, dosage is quite big for me😔 and it's has awful taste left on my mouth. Well yeah that's good is supplement 😅
I can't speak to the long term benefits of this product, but I can speak to the overwhelming stench of boiled, then microwaved soggy, rancid cabbage. The ingredients sounded good, and the price was fair for the quantity, but nothing super special. I tried it because it was on sale, but I'll be trying something new once I finish this bottle of concentrated stink.
Won't be buying it because of it's off smell!! Didn't see much of a difference as well so will keep on buying Nature's Bounty one for sure!! No smell, amazing quality and I actually feel some diff while using it!!
