[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that Nature Made hair, skin & nails 2500 mcg biotin is a supplement easy to take with your daily supplements. It's made easy to swallow because of the soft gel. I like that they aren't huge. I just started them and look forward to the many benefits that may help with your hair, skin, and nails. I haven't taken them long enough to know if they are helping. Had no issues or side effects and I take daily medicine and supplements. Be sure they don't interact with your other medicines, etc. Also it's important you aren't taking these when you are planning to do any lab work. Biotin can interfere with your results. Your doctor may want you to discontinue several days prior to doing labs.
My nails look better -I'm not 100% sure about my hair but I do like the fact that it doesn't have too many ingredients. I've been using it for a year or two. I recommend it..

It's no surprise when I developed Hashimoto's Disease and started to have issues with hair thinning/loss and skin issues that I turned to Nature Made. If you haven't tried this brand- you definitely should!

Hair skin nails is wonderful. I haven't been taking it that long but I can already see a difference in my nails. They are growing faster and they're stronger. This is a great product.
Anything "Nature Made" is your best bet in the world of unregulated supplements, as they are certified and recommended. That said, and I just learned this, when using "biotin" in any vitamin/supplement - be sure if you are getting a blood test to STOP taking anything that contains biotin when getting bloodtests - because it can "affect results" of same. I've heard about 1 week prior to a bloodtest, stop the biotin. I was only recently told this by a PC dr. that is diligent, never by any previous ones, and had to run across this info by accident in a good credible medical article I happened to read. And the info has been out for EONS. And even the blood labs, neglect to ask or mention this.
I've only been taking the Hair-Skin-Nails supplement three weeks, so it's a little early to give a review, other than to say I'm not noticing any new hair growth yet. My nails do seem a little stronger. After I've been taking them a few more weeks, I'll re-review.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pills are small and easy to swallow. They have no smell so no issues of stinky medicine. I love the vitamins and benefits from these. Hoping to see results the longer I take them. I don't like the fact they wasted so much plastic. As you can see in the photo there is tons of room. Only 60 vitamins in this big giant bottle. Also feels like a waste and not a good value. Overall I hope to see results from my hair and nails as I finish the bottle.
