Helps to get me to sleep. It does not give me afternoon palpitations like melatonin did.
I take L-Theanine occasionally when I'm having trouble coping with all that live throws at me. It takes the edge off.
This product works really well! It helps me when I'm having a stressful day while offering all the benefits of green tea. I used to buy it locally but Swanson offers a much better deal.
This product was first introduced to me 2 months ago and has truly changed my life. I have so many things effecting my health these days and this product truly helps to push my energy level and provide comfort for the things that affect my body. Thank you!
We have used Enzymatic Therapy L-Theanine for years and truly believe it helps us. We feel much more calm and handle stress much better when using this product. We have recommended it to many friends and relatives with similar results.
I have anxiety. It has been growing increasingly worse over the years. I am taking some prescribed meds, but still notice some (what I would describe as) nervous ticks. For example, I bite and chew the inside of my cheek and it's painful. I don't notice I am doing it, and really have not control over it. I have not done it once since I started taking this supplement. I, also, notice I can take 2 pills instead of one ahead of what I think will be a stressful situation and I feel happy instead of completely freaked out. Thank you for offering this product! Enzymatic Therapy's l-theanine gives me relaxed clarity of thought, improved sleep, and stronger overall mental performance in ways nothing else has ever accomplished. I take one every morning and one every night. When extra calming is required (e.g., public speaking, hectic day), an added afternoon dose provides additional support.
This is the first time that I could not report a success with one of your products. It might help others with a different condition more, but it didn't help me
As a faithful and happy customer I have been using Enzymatic Therapy LLC (part of Nature's Way brands) for years. My most recent purchase was of the newly labeled bottle. Something has changed. I no longer get any benefit from this supplement and am concerned that a key component must have changed along with the label and packaging. I would be thrilled to come back if this gets corrected, until then I am in search of a new brand that will offer the same great benefits that I experienced with this product before.
I was not made aware that it was no longer enzymatic therapy but natures way. I am not happy with this product
