The quality of the air chuck and accuracy is unapproachable that the common man or woman can read in full accuracy and be very satisfied with the results of the reading. The reliability has not been compromised in production of the instrument can fully be reliable of many years of use is highly recommended.
I have owned one of these for a long, long, long time. they are a great product. I had one I bought a repair kit for it, and it now works great. I bought another with the lock one device and it works great. My friends you can not go wrong with Milton Products.
I currently have four trucks, one with dual wheels and two cargo trailers. The Milton Window Inflater Air gauge worked flawlessly. Very easy to use and cut my work time in half! Worked extremely well with the dual wheels. The design and quality of the Milton Inflater is superb! Northern Tool provided expeditious deliverly and made the ordering process easy! I purchased this air chuck for use in my home shop. It is a commercial quality air chuck like that found at most truck stops. The flexible hose and offset valve connections allow it to reach the inner wheels on my dually as well as the reverse facing valves on the front and outer wheels. The builtin guage lets you know when you've reached the desired pressure. Furthermore it's as accurate as the press-on guages I used to verify the calibration. The best part is that the product is made in the USA. Northern Tool delivered it in a timely fashion and the transaction was easy.
Works great for quickly checking and adding air to truck and trailer tires. We are a farm and many of our trailers get seasonal use. This is perfect for quickly bringing all tires to the right pressure. Note: The valve foot has a rubber ball to block air flow. It must be on the valve stem to block air from bypassing. It sometimes needs shaking to switch from one angle to the other.
The Milton Inflator Air Gauge S-516 is a great air inflator for anyone who needs a quality air inflator with a large easy-to-read inflation dial. The dual head chuck makes it easy to inflate different position valve stems. The Milton band is high quality and you can't go wrong!
I purchased this air gauge because I also purchased a new air compressor and I was SO tired of trying to find a gas station that had "free" air when I needed it. I have to admit, I LOVE THIS THING ! Easy to read, easy to use, what more do you need. If YOU need one, get this one - you won't be disappointed !!!
I maintain 4 cars for the family. I use this air gauge at least once a week. It has never hailed me even though I have ran over it more that once. Not only do I use it to maintain the car tires also use it to clean off the work bench and dirty things that I have dissambled. In the summer it works great to keep the grandkids toys inflated from bikes to pool toys.
It's heavy duty and the dual head is great, but it seems to take longer to fill a tire than other similar air chucks that I have used. I wanted to love this one, but my love for it dissipates while I wait for the tire to fill. There does not appear to be any adjustment to increase the flow.
I received this gauge after several weeks of waiting. When I tried to inflate a tire the air blew out the opposite side of the chuck. Tried several times, worked correctly once and did not work correctly again. Sent it back for a replacement. Milton is supposed to be a quality tool but this one did not work. I have owned a similar much less expensive type gauge for years without problems. Hope the replacement gauge works properly.
