Second jar of this for me. I find that it works very well. It helps a bit with relaxation and anxiety as well as for muscle cramps and minor pain. A friend of mine also used it for his ankle pain before he finally had his ankle replacement and it was one of the few things that helped. For me, it works wonders for menstrual cramps! It soothes them away, I cant recommend it enough for that! It also tastes great! Mix one scoop with a glass of water or pour into a bottle of water and shake it up.
Been drinking this for a long time and it helps everything it says it help. My husband and i drink a cup before we go to bed and do not have leg cramps anymore.

I love the large jar of magnesium powder. I was taking magnesium pills, because I had cramp in my legs at night. The pills were not very effective. A friend told me about this brand and magnesium in powder form. I take one little scoop a day and my leg cramps immediately went away!
This is a high quality magnesium and has a very smooth and natural taste. It was recommended to me by a nutritionist for menopause and it has worked wonderfully for me. The benefits have been better and deeper sleep, no anxiety now and no muscle cramps now.
This has more magnesium in it than other brands of similar products. It has potassium in it, while others do not. It also has a lot of other vitamins and minerals in it. You get more servings in this, and the serving size is smaller = bigger bang for your buck even if it didn't have the above pro's also. This is tasty, mixes into water very easily, and is tasty. I would say it tastes like alka seltzer with a bit of a citrus flavor. Not sweet, but pretty tasty over all. Definitely fizzes, but that dissipates quickly. The magnesium is absolutely quickly metabolized, because you can feel your muscles relaxing quite soon after drinking it, about 15 minutes or so in our experience. We take this about a half hour before bed and immediately noticed falling asleep easier, and getting a better nights sleep. It doesn't have melatonin in it, which may sound like a con, but your body can get used to it and you have to get back off it for a while for melatonin to affect you again, and I'd rather just not deal with it at all. We are overall very pleased with this. I've already recommended it to someone and we will absolutely be buying again!
Tastes good, albeit a little too acidic on a not-so full stomach. It works to help me relax before sleep and to maintain a deeper sleep than usual. Don't expect it to make you drowsy though, it only helps to prepare/relax your muscles.
Excellent ingredients, plant based quality. Composition is good has manny benefit and is natural. Should have used organic vitamin, that's my only concern
