I take it for brain/ cognitive use. I know pregnant women take it for brain development to help babies but was told to take it because I'm 62. It's cheap and I seriously think that it helps even though my parents didn't have any dementia problems!!

I started using this when my doctor wanted me to add a folate vitamin to minimize hair fallout. very happy with product.
My MD told me to start taking to prevent pre-cancer testing. So far, so Good. All trsts negative for the past 10 years! Good quality product.
I like that it is easy to get from Walmart. the doctor told me to start taking it and truthfully I don't know what it does. it is taking once per day.
my doctor prescribed 800 mcg of folic acid, which these pills (1333 mcg folate) provide. Please double check labels to be sure you're getting the correct amount for you.
I went to the doctor for hair loss nothing they told me ever helped. A friend told me about these pills and now my hair is back. But you must take at least five or more a day for it to help you will see improvement within a month. I very highly recommend these pills and they're so cheap. Don't bother with doctors until you try these pills first.

I am assuming the product is okay since I have purchased this brand in the past. But the the label on the bottle was torn. It was only by looking at the back of the label that I could determine that I received the dose that I ordered.
