I like that the pictures of the product were accurate, the product does what it says it’ll do, it was packaged appropriately, and that it was shipped in a timely fashion.
Good price. Seems to be helping with hubby's glucose level and cholesterol. If it helps us with weight loss it will be a home run!
Very good product. In fact it works better then I'd expected. I wanted the highest mg there was. Which in fact that wasn't actually needed. I'd recommend this product to anyone needing help for an appetite suppressant. The only con about this product is that it's a hard pill to go down. It's a capsule that will get stuck. This is definitely not what you need to happen. I have to say drink before you take it to lubricate your throat, and gulp to get it to go down. I've lost about 10 pounds so far. But that's with a low calorie intake on a cardio diet, no snacking, and no forgiven days. And it's been about one week. And only needing to take twice a day. I'm extremely full with it. Sometimes to full. This product it wonderful. I'm amazed.
these are great for controlling my appetite. i take 1 with 8oz of water and it helps fill me up so i eat less. i am finally looking forward to reaching my weight loss goal.

Konkani root works for me and these caps containing powdered form helps to keep weight gain in check. It's not a miracle pill, but it helps
I have not noticed any particular difference in my appetite since starting these supplements. I take them before meals as directed, but I do not feel fuller. If I understand correctly, this supplement is also high in fiber, but I have not experienced the “benefits” of consuming additional fiber, either. I will say, that I am grateful the company did not send me a bunch of pills that will expire before I can take them all. Not sure why that happens so frequently…

Might help with feeling regular, but I don't think they really help with fullness. Maybe try a different brand.
