[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never used any Vick's products before, but it will be a staple for me now. I struggle going to sleep and I also suffer from allergies. This product not only was soothing and helped my fall asleep faster but it also helped with my stuffy nose. I definitely recommend this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think Vick's Pure Zzz's is a nice calming product. It smells good but is still a bit greasy like the vapor rub. Other than that, I like it because of the soothing scent of lavender and chamomile. I used it for a week and was able to get to sleep a little faster than normal.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product made me and my son have deeper and longer sleep. I've never been much of a believer in aromatherapy but I have been proven wrong. The smell of the Vicks is different and not ever powering like other Vicks products. The only negative that I found in using it, is that it often leaves a film on the skin that rubs off on clothes. As far as functionality and living up to its claims goes, this product is a homerun.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vicks PURE Zzzs Soothing Aromatherapy Balm is a great product idea that could use a little tweaking. In my opinion, I think the aromatherapy portion of the product could be a little stronger. As an avid Vicks user and lavender lover, I feel that the menthol in the regular product is a perfect strength, but the lavender and chamomile in this product needs a little boost. Also, I would suggest make it a little smoother texture so that it glides on and isn't such a sticky feeling on your skin.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical of this product at first. I'm not one for putting a ton of extra lotion on my body, especially since I have sensitive skin. That said, I've used Vick's petroleum jelly without prior difficulty so I figured I'd give it a try. I'll be honest: I was put off a bit by the sticky thick texture and tiger balm-ish smell. That said, once rubbed on the balm exceeded expectations. It does make you fairly sleepy fairly quickly (maybe in 15 minutes or so?). I was impressed how quickly my skin absorbed the balm; at no point did it make my clothes stick to me or make me feel uncomfortable. Compared to other aromatherapy options, I found this one far less frustrating or invasive. The balm is by no means an insomnia cure and I haven't noticed a marked change stress relief or bedtime routine. I do think that my skin is softer, but the lavender scent certainly doesn't hang around. For whatever reason, it also made my hand cream stay stickier for longer, and ugh, I hate that greasy sticky feeling! Overall: not the most exciting product, but it still exceeds expectations. For those interested in aromatherapy, you'll likely enjoy this more than traditional diffusers. I also think it has good potential as a thicker massage oil, though I haven't tried using it that way myself.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The soothing aromatherapy balm does have a nice soft lavender and chamomile scent that lasts about 5-10 minutes. The balm is like a heavier vaseline texture. It's not greasy, while making my skin soft and moisturized. It didn't help me relax and fall quickly to sleep. Overall, I like the balm.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, I have used other kinds of vics vapor rubs before and I like them and I think they work. This one as far as looks, texture, and feel is about the same as their other rubs. The reason for the 3 stars is because I thought the sent while it smelled great was very weak. I had to basically put it under my nose to really even smell it when it was on me. I lathered it all on my chest and neck too, but it wasn't very strong scented and I had a lot on. Maybe this product would be great for young kids or people who are sensitive to scents. I liked the product overall but the scent just wasn't strong enough to do the trick.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is made by the Vick's brand and at first you might think it's another scent of their famous vapor rub. It's labeled as a sleep aid - the natural ingredients are supposed to help you fall asleep faster & have a more restful sleep. I didn't have that experience- falling asleep faster. I do think The chamomile & lavender have relaxing benefits and help to relief stress and having calming abilities. The balm contains natural ingredients - aloe leaf extract, coconut essentials oils, lavender, and chamomile. It's non habit forming and safe to use on babies 6 months and older. You simply apply a little to your back and neck and relax. The balm is thick and rich and just a small amount will be plenty. As aromatherapy I didn't like this product. The scent or smells didn't last very long and the scent wasn't very loud or strong. I think it works great as a moisture!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vicks' Pure Zzz's smells really good. I didn't see or feel any difference in the product helping myself or my children get to sleep faster or having a more restful sleep. It would make a really good wax melt scent though.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very thick and greasy, like regular Vicks, however, it does not have much smell. It didn't help me go to sleep. It more so felt like thick lotion with a minimal scent on my chest. I used it for about a week, I would not use it again.
