Long wait but very happy. Price, quality, size and features are great.
I personally love it. It leaves clothes clean and it dries them super duper. I'm happy with my HAIER. It's difficult to understand but once you study it well you will love it.
Camp remodel with limited laundry space. Stack combonation units are old technology.
I bought the Haier washer/dryer combo in December 2018 and have been using it daily ever since. It takes quite a but longer to do one load, since it is only 1 machine that does both. It does take twice as long to dry a load of clothes also. It has taken some time figure out some of the settings, it tends to stay locked after the dryer has been reset after the initial drying cycle. So, I have learned to let it sit a while. (30 minutes) then press the on/off button and the machine will unlock. Safety feature due to the machine needing to cool down. After it cools down I just do a quick no heat setting to get the remaining wrinkles out. Works fine. I do use Downy and dryer sheets because everything tends to be very wrinkled if not. Also, I take the load out of the machine after the wash cycle and shake the clothes out, then place them back in before turning the dryer selection on. With that being said, through all the trial and errors, I am happy with the washer/dryer combo! It is the perfect size for a 2 person household, with small loads with minimal space. I had a stackable Maytag washer/dryer combo before and this combo is much nicer due to having more surrounding space. I would definitely recommend this combo to condo/apartment owners or even homeowners that have an older home that have space limitations and/or need a ventless dryer. My tenants had been very satisfied with this machine until the FC error code came up two day ago. It stopped working during drying. After unplugging and turning on/off, the FC code has been there and the door has been locked and the unfinished laundry is inside. We bought this machine in January 2018. Can someone from Haier advise how to fix this problem?

Not dependable. My first machine had to be replaced and the second machine had a defect in the motor and it had to be replaced a month after I received it. I am hoping it is going to work properly now.
Please don't buy it. We run a property management company and installed 6 of these in past 5 years some of which are under 2 year old. None are left running now. Some originally had lock issues and water valve issue but all died due to FC error. The FC error is a burned control board attached to motor and unfortunately for some strange reason haier/ge do not sell board separately despite it easily removable from motor. Guys if you know these die so often stop forcing people to replace whole motor assembly for $700 plus labour when a simple board swap will do. All never buy any haeir laundry again or GE for that matter as it looks like their stamped product. Shame.
