The Halo® Elite Zealot Figure was an instant hit for my son. He loves everything Halo, especially the Elites. It is a decent size figure that comes with it's armor halfway assembled. I really like the fact that you can easily remove the armor but I had a little bit of difficulty trying to snap the chest armor on it's sides back in place because it is soft plastic that you have to pinch together. I noticed that the rest of the armor is really easy to knock off when your child plays with them. I will say that is my only complaint. Other than that, it is good. Great size, easily stands up and position, holds the energy sord perfectly, durable besides armor, yet light weight and it comes with bonus collectible pieces to build the Alpha Crawler once you have the complete set. So much detail in this figure he is well constructed and made of heavy plastic you can tell from the weight of him he isn't flimsy. Like the Ghost elite figure his armor is all removable he has a lot more added detail he is more poseable and he also feels heavier than the ghost model. The energy sword is hard plastic it fits in the figures hands great!! and lots of detail lots of work went into this figure mattel has out done themselves this time! Easy to buy it online. The pick up was simple and fast! My son loves it.. I highly recommend to do shopping on line at walmart..works really good.
This toy has multiple things wrapped up into it. First its Halo which is a great name and brand. Second it is a boys action figure which my nephew loved. And third you can take his armor on and off which allows him to transform which is one of my nephews favorite things right now. The toy is well made and durable and has already been through so much heavy use that I am glad that it is made from durable materials. First off this is my sons very first HALO figure so this is my very own honest review. This Halo Figure is called ELITE ZEALOT and it is the 6th figure and also pretty neat you can make it look as 2 different Characters also it comes with 17 extra pieces for the armor also it has an extra piece so that when you collect all the series 1 there's an extra figure that can be created with each piece from each figure its called the ALPHA CRAWLER which is awesome and that makes me want to buy my son the whole set just so he can have that figure as well. This figure is so cool looking my son absolutely loved it. It is very easy to put together the instructions were very easy that my 8yr old put it together by himself by reading the them. The toy itself is very durable and not cheap made at all my son has played with it a lot and it still looks new. I would recommend that anyone who has a 7-8yr old they would absolutely love it. My son very much enjoyed the removable assessorys and the fact that the arms and legs were movable. I think a little bag for the extra parts would help keep track of em but thats more a suggestion, all I give it a 7 out of ten for the interest he shows for it. The Halo Elite Zealot Figure was a huge hit with my son, and he as absolutely loved playing with it. It is pretty high quality, but the instructions for putting it together with the armor and such are very lacking and it took a while to figure it all out. There are a lot of very small pieces that could easily get lost. Overall though it is a great toy! I was slightly confused with the extra parts it came with, also not clearly marked on the directions. Apparently if you collect all the figures in the set, the extra parts in each build a bonus figure. While this would be fun, it only works if you get all of them, and in the mean time you have to make sure you don't lose any of the extra pieces! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
