Just another wonderful and unique train station platform design. My two boys helped to build this, six year old did the bus and my 13 year old did the work truck with Porta potty trailer. They had a few errors but was from them not watching when the set was supposed to be turned for some elements, other than that it was easy but unique enough to keep them interested. The station platform was easy to do, definitely some new unique ways to construct walls and ceilings. The train crossing was a plus, do hope that LEGO will start selling those directly as a pick a brick instead of being robbed by those who sell elements online, if you know...well you know where I'm talking about. I hope they come up with another engine house, or enough people can bring back 10027.
Purchased with the passenger train. With this station, I can work on making some of my childhood dreams a reality!

The directions were easy to follow and the divided bags helped to break up our building sessions and keep all the parts straight. I love the little real-world details of the person's office with swivel chair and coffee cup and the porta potty. My children at ages 10 and 4 are both enjoying playing with this now that it is built. The only thing confusing is that it's the train station set, but comes with no train, only a bus and utility vehicle.

I love all the details and what it comes with.my son is really into anything with wheels lately so he is loving this. This comes with a lot of pieces but the instruction book it comes with is well made and so easy to follow. I love that it even comes with portable bathroom! I recommend this one! So much fun!

The kit contains many detailed pieces which are fun to explore, but the best part part is the included base plates; which allow your LEGO vehicles to join in on the fun! This kit can be joined to the LEGO Passenger train for a complete train experience. I wish this kit also contained a Railroad crossing sign to add to the train crossing arms, but over all; another great kit by LEGO!
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. My daughter was so excited when I took this Lego City Train station out of the box and I can say it looks pretty cool! This is a good lego set for a family activity as it has 907 pieces and may take some time to build. All of the pieces are very good quality with good detail on objects and people. You get to build buildings, vehicles, and have people to "run" the station. The bagging of the Legos makes building this simpler.
This set took around an hour to make, which is double the time it takes to build a similarly priced set for me, so this set will not take five minutes to build. The Minifigures are diverse and have a lot of character to them, which I like. The bus is bigger than I expected, as well as the train station. This set is worth every penny. I would strongly recommend this set to anyone.
This little station has a cafe and ticket counter the grandchildren can use to buy pastries and drinks or round-trip tickets! It's a great addition that permits people to get on/off trains, switch modes of transportation (bus to train, car to train, bike to train, etc and vice versa). Highly recommend.

They thought of everything when they designed this set, there are so many cool details. Everything moved and works so that after you have assembled, you can spend hours playing with this set.
