This item is great for someone suffering with a sluggish gall bladder. I take 2 a day and it gets rid of the pain and sickness.
my question is: why is it I cannot find this anywhere in a Walmart now? I've depended on milk thistle for a few years now to help keep my liver enzymes in check. I'm now faced with spending 2-5 times as much money for possibly not even a comparable product. It's a must for me! It has been that good for me.
As a non-drinker, non-drug user and neg. test for hepatitis, I have had elevated liver engymes for 30 plus years, (alt-ast) values were four times higher than recommended levels in cbc/lipids blood tests. After reading about and discovering Rexall 1000 mg milk thistle supplements, I have taken two a day for years now. After the first couple of months my liver engymes were back down to normal numbers. I have seen several doctors who haven't a clue on how to bring these numbers down. Thank you.
I take milk thistle as an aid to reduce manic mood swings. As a "liver cleaner" it helps keep my mood up and helps me maintain a calmer disposition. It's an excellent product to help liver function.
