The lower the PEF, the narrower your airways are, and the higher the PEF, the more open they are. The Personal Best Full Range Peak Flow Meter detects subtle changes, identifies triggers, and alerts in case of asthma flare-ups even before they occur. The flow meter features an easy to read scale which is a large and oval mouthpiece along with a cover that converts into a handle.
