Taking w/adrenal support, seems to be helping reduce my fatigue.
I have taken this off and on over a few years, but never consistently so I couldn't tell if it was making a difference. Over the last couple of months, I decided to make a concerted effort to determine if it could be effective for me. Since I've been taking it regularly, I have noticed my energy levels have increased, not drastically, but I have definitely noticed a difference. I haven't lost a lot of weight (which wasn't my main goal any way), but I was able to reign in some weight that I gained recently and have been able to maintain it which I've always had a problem with in the past. I find it works best when I take the 3 doses per day as stated on the package at least 6 days per week. I didn't buy it from Swanson's, but I will be doing so in the future as the cost is about half of what I have been paying. Another thing I noticed the first couple of weeks is that I actually felt hungry, which I usually don't feel that much as I've gotten older. But I wasn't hungry for unhealthy things - I think it was just my body trying to balance itself and letting me know what was needed. I will keep taking this as long as I feel my body re-adjusting and balancing itself.
I have taken this for quite some time and it does seem to give me more energy. Being older, I stopped growing body hair but when I take thyroid support I have to shave my legs again.
It is working perfect in my body and it is completely natural!!!

I prefer the gentleness of homeopathy supplements. And this one does not have thyroxin, which makes my heart beat speed up.
I have been taking this supplement for 2 months and I noticed an increase in my energy level within the first week. I didn't realize taking a thyroid support supplement could help this much. I definitely recommend this product. It is effective. It says to take 3 a day but I usually only take one a day. Sometimes I will take 1/2 of a tablet in the afternoons. Overall I have experienced a positive difference. Thanks to Swansons for providing this product at such a good price.
I started taking this product in October of 2018, and I noticed a difference in energy level right away. I noticed a difference in my energy level in the afternoon especially. Also, it seems to be helping me lose some belly fat. People started commenting on my appearance, although I have not changed anything else.
I defiantly notice a energy boost after taking a tablet.
I bought this product because I need a thyroid boost. When I received it, I found out that I had to take it with every meal. the problem is it was hard for me to remember to take it half an hour before 8 because I don't have an easy schedule. Ionly bought 20 days worth of it not knowing that I had to take it three times a day. Unfortunately it did not work for me. I would not buy this again.
