I love these Vitafusion Biotin gummies! I love the peach flavor. It's not that "fake peach flavoring" taste. I have seen a big difference in my nails and hair growth since I've started taking these. I wish they had a higher mcg than the 1,000. I do have to take 4 at a time. But overall, I love these!

Biotin is known as vitiman H and it promotes growth especially hair and nails. Vita fusion products are excellent and taste great. My kids ask for their vitimans or remains us when we forget. Recommend for the entire family.
