I take these daily for overall health and to lower cholestorel without statins. I like them because they're easy to digest; they don't repeat on me and they're value priced. Overall, I recommend without hesitation.
This is exactly like the old package they had for 6 bucks, only without the green bottles. These bottles are a little bigger, and for whatever reason hold less than they could. Aside from that, package comes with 200 softgels for you which should last anyone about half a year or a little less depending on how many they take a day. for 6 bucks it was an absolute steal, but even for 10 dollars it's absolutely worth it for what you get. I'd recommend getting a few packs to last the whole year round while they're still cheap. You never know if they'll feel like jacking the price up again.
GREAT PRODUCT AT A GREAT PRICE!
i have been using spring valley fish oil fora very long time, it is a quality product for the price.
very happy with product. thank you
I,have used this product for about 2 years for bad pain in my knees. It really does help to ease the pain.If i run out of pills for week or so the constant pain returns.SO I,am hooked on these pills. It is almost like they oil your knees.
Twin pack makes for a really good price for this product. Only negative thing is it does have a somewhat more "fishy" taste then other more expensive Omega 3 pills I have purchased in the past.
Haven't finished my old brand yet, so haven't tried them. But fish oil is fish oil, right. What is there to say about them?
I bought these with an expiration of aug 2012. I would get terrible smelling fishy burps. I did some research online and found out they could be rancid. The test was to bite into one and if it was rancid than you'll know. They didn't described how you'll know so I wasn't sure what to expect of a "rancid" fish oil supplement. I bit into one and started heaving to vomit. They where 100% rancid.
