hi i tried every thing i can think off to make my hair grow it was thinning and falling out, my nails were so brittle. Ididn't want to take to many pills i tried the Hair,skin and Nails in to weaks i can tell the difference my hair look healther and my nail are stronger
I absolutely love this product. I have been taking it for a little over two months and take it as directed. I have seen tremendous improvement in my hair, skin, and nails. I am amazed at how quickly my hair has grown in such a short amount of time. I plan to take this supplement for a very long time. I actually take it as my multivitamin. I highly recommend to anyone who has been unable to find a product that encourages rapid hair growth.
I can already tell a big difference in my hair and nails. I've had such thin hair for several years and it was growing ultra-slowly. Now it is growing like crazy and so are my previously wimpy nails.
love these vitamins, notice a difference in 1 week. Literally after one week of using every day there was barely any hair loss. I havent noticed a difference in growth, but definitely no loss. Definitely recommend, but you need to take it every day!!!!!
This product is amazing. My hair got weak and started breaking and I was concerned about losing my hair. I began taking these supplements and within the fist week I noticed a huge difference in my hair, my nails look great too. If there is a downfall, they taste kind of icky, so I took them with milk. I highly recommend them.
I have very sensitive skin that reacts with EVERYTHING. I also have a skin disorder that causes acne looking bumps to form on my face but that is not acne. I have been taking this product for about 2 weeks now and it helped my skin calm down quite a bit. I haven't noticed any improvement on my weak nails or slow growing hair yet but even if it doesn't help them I am still happy with how it has helped to improve my skin. I highly recommend this for everyone who has either acne, sensitive skin, or any other skin issues.

I haven't noticed much difference, but I've only been taking these for 2 weeks. I'm encouraged by the reviews that I've been reading. Another brand has the same ingredients, but has 5000 mcg of Biotin, which is beneficial.
I've been using this product for quite a few months, and although it has made my nails stronger, and increased the rate at which my hair grows, it has given me really back breakouts on my arms and face. Tiny little bumps that are soooo irritating. I stopped taking it for 2 weeks and it cleared right up. Started up again this past week and the bumps are back...sigh. If you can deal with the risk of breaking out, go for it. I guess i'll go back to my GNC hair, skin, and nails supplement. Works wonderfully WITHOUT the breakouts :-)
The product is great to use and I would tell a friend about it. The only problem I had was it was mailed to me with an open seal on it which I had to drive to a store and exchange it, when the reason for mail order was so that I didnt have to go to the store after waiting sevaral days for it to come.
