WalMart made it so easy for me to get the medicine I need.
I've suffered from insomnia all my life since childhood. You build up a tolerance to conventional over the counter solutions. If you have mild sleep problems combine melatonin with a "I love Lucy" type sleep mask and get some sleep. If you're on prescription sleep medications speak with your physician first. It puts me into deeper REM which gives me more dreams and more energy.
Works good. Try it if you have trouble staying asleep. Recommended by friend and another friend uses it.

This 10 mg Melatonin works great getting me to sleep with no groggy mornings.
I have severe sleep issues so these time release pills really helped me stay asleep all night.I still need another med to fall asleep but the mels keep me asleep.I am groggy the next day though and am not sure if it is the mels or the other med or both-but i believe i will adjust.
My wife is disabled and needs help to get to sleep. We tried this and she said it didn't work for her. I think everyone is different so you should give it a try for yourself
