iv tried many supplements to get a little spring in my step this caffeine plus a few others from swanson help me get there I have a high tolerance level with energy pills so it take a bit more to get me there but I would say this is a good product along with guarana and high energy complex I get just what I need .. hope this was helpful
These caffeine pills are good for the value. I've purchased them multiple times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I don't prefer to drink soda or coffee, so I take these with water, juice, or tea. They work just as well without adding any sugar or other unnecessary ingredients. When I take them, it helps with cognitive function and energy levels. I only take one a day as more than one makes me jittery, and I'd advise not taking them at night--unless you have work to do!
Works great with lunch to get me through the afternoon. I take the anhydrous in the morning with breakfast as well. Good product and cheaper alternative to coffee and energy drinks. I find these dont provide a burst of energy but definitely more sustained.
I never drink coffee and I do not understand why people do. This is much cheaper, better and easy to use. I take 2 every day before exercise. I exercise 90 minutes or more daily. This helps me to exercise harder and longer. It is also good at work and while reading. It lasts about 3 hours and should not be taken for many hours before sleep.
Tried to buy item on Amazon and the order got all messed up and cost 3x's as much. I ordered on walmart and the order went through immediately and was shipped in 2 days.
My husband and I have used this product off and on for over a year. We both like the convenience of having these when we feel like we could use a cup of coffee, but for one reason or another, that is not possible. These work quickly, too, giving us the energy we seem to need.
Very inexpensive and effective. Same caffeine content of most energy drinks/coffee at a sliver of the cost and without extra unnecessary/potential harmful ingredients.

I used to love this brand (husband and I took it for years) until the makers changed the way they made the pills. It not omay changed the way the pills looked but greatly affected it's effectiveness. It used to pump us up with energy, now I can take a nap 30 mins after taking one. I'm going to have to look for a different brand now. So disappointed.
I have enjoyed this product for years. I usually buy them from Amazon, but yesterday in a pinch, I purchased them from GNC in Culver City, CA. The container felt strangely light and empty, so I emptied it and counted all the tablets. From a 100-tablet container, the contents were only 79-tablets. It has to be a ProLab error, right? GNC, please consider doing an audit. In the meantime, back to Amazon, and I will be sure to count my next order from them to see if Pro Lab is purposely defrauding their customers.
