I was very disappointed with the condition of the machine on arrival. It arrived with the box torn up and opened, which probably was from shipping, but the first piece I took out of the box was broken. It looked like an easy piece to replace, so I called the manufacturer for 3 days and could never speak to an actual person to order the part. I also emailed with no response. The last day I waited for 31 minutes on hold and never got anyone in "Customer Care" at the manufacturer. I finally just took it to Walmart and got a refund. Company seems to believe if they make you wait long enough you'll just go away.
