It is easy to use and small, allows us to put away, when necessary. Concentrates on the areas I want to work on.
I am very pleased with the low impact workout I get. When following the workout plan included I get a full body workout. Easy to move around and takes little space.
I got this to replace my XL Glider 2 that broke. This gives a much better workout than the Glider and fits just as well in the closet. Although there's no tension adjustment knob, you can control the tension according to how much you tighten the foot pedals when you attach them. (So not something you're probably going to want to bother changing in the middle of a workout, but you can tighten them to a good base level for yourself.) Unlike on the Glider, I actually work up a sweat on this machine. It's also pretty quiet, so it works well while watching t.v. The different movements also make it a little more interesting and challenging than the Glider. One potential problem for some people could be the relatively short length of the front and rear base, which makes it a little unstable if you work out too hard on it. (Though I haven't fallen off, or even close.) This machine probably also works better for shorter people like myself. (I'm 5'4".)
