This brand is affordable but includes the key CoQ10 element one needs to avoid mental fog/drain. I used a different brand without it and lost my mental acuteness. This I feel completely normal in focus and not tired all the time. My husband is taking this instead of statins (due to their horrible side effects on him), and he's reacting well, too. The tablet is easy to handle and swallow, too.
