Perfect for flavoring oils and vinegars, or for use in salads – especially caprese. This is a terrific choice for container growing, too.

Purchased these purple leaf basil plants as they are hard to find locally. These plants arrived in great condition, well packed and the soil still moist. The plants were fuller then similar basil plants I bought from other online nurseries.

These, unlike the curly parsley, were nothing like pictured. They lookike they were pulled from a pony pack to fill the order-only 3" tall max and fewer than 6 leaves on each but the realell is the roots only went down one inch into the 6" pot. I got jipped!

Arrives Looking Weak, Then Gives Up

It was beat up in transit plus it refused to take. I have a raised garden with each section underground separated with dividers because some herbs do not do well when their roots intermingle. The oregano, thyme, and sweet basil all took off, but the purple basil would not grow. Other purple varieties have done well in the past, but not this one. I got replacements that failed as well. I have now replaced the purple basil with more sweet basil which is a fairly recent addition, but seems to be doing OK so far.

Mostly dead, despite lightning fast shipping.

What on earth is with this tiny mostly dead plants Bonnie is shipping? Walmart delivered these fast. 2 days cross country for my orders, yet they're in awful shape and half the size sold in the stores. I just left the garden section at Walmart buying plants twice the size after receiving 2 more orders of disappointment from Bonnie. From peppers, chives, and 4 types of tomatoes, they all arrived dead or on their last breath and the weather is cool and perfect for shipping. I wish I'd gone to the store 1st for an investment in space and time in my garden. I'll never order Bonnie plants again. It's nice they're covered by EBT, but funds needed for food are too important to risk this way!

The changed their soil

They changed their soil and because of that 14 plants I recently ordered died within 2 weeks slowly declining in health after we had rains. You can see the pictures of the same brand plants that were placed at the same spots outdoors but those with drier medium I ordered over half of year ago from Amazon and they are thriving. This new soil is just like a rotten mush of roots and something else that after rain it doesn't dry out at all even though I live in hot Florida climate and all my plants dry out between rains so fast that I have to additionally water them every other day or 2. I payed with my food stamp card for all of them and super disappointed that every one of them died and still dying from this new batch.
