Since the photos being used by most advertisers are usually way off I expected to be returning the jeans. The photo is accurate, I am very happy with the jeans and plan to buy more.

They are super soft, stretchy without getting baggy, and very flattering! My go to jeans for any occasion.....get them in every shade and you won't be disappointed.

I got these jeans and the stitches missed two spots on the seam. There are two holes along the left leg seam, about an inch and a half each. sent a picture to customer service and they said I had to ship the jeans back. That's a pain for their mistake.
I have worn these jeans maybe 8 times since I purchased them, and the fabric on the inside leg seams is already wearing out/fraying. I am very disappointed, because I have had several pairs of Lucky jeans over the years, and all of them have lasted multiple years instead of just a few months!

I used the provided label and the package got lost. I had to find a lost package claim with UPS in order to get my refund. I had a very hard time communicating with customer service support, and didn't find them very helpful.
