If you struggle with falling asleep, and you want some thing that works very well, but doesn’t make you groggy in the morning, this is for you. I have tried at all and this does not make me feel groggy, and it does not have melatonin in it, which is even better! Little pricey but not sleeping is more costly!
The beauty probiotics are definitely my favorite. I’ve tried a bunch of probiotics and these work best for me. These are the cheapest and have less count of probiotics than others but they do the trick. I know they are doing something for me because I can actually feel a difference which is super rare with supplements. Most of the time you are wondering if what you are taking is actually doing anything for your body. Very happy with the beauty blend ingredients. I got my mom on these too.
I really love this product. Without a doubt one of the best ones I've tried. I've had so much mental focus and clarity and I've only been taking it a week. It seems to help with my anxiety too! Which is always a bonus!

I have had issues with my digestive system including severe bloating, diarrhea, and constipation for as long as I can remember. Since taking these, my symptoms are greatly improved. I work nights and the bloating at night was unbearable no matter what I ate. These have reduced bloating by at least 90%. I’ve never been able to eat salads and raw vegetables and that is also no longer an issue. I’m eating salads daily and feeling better! I can’t believe how many years I suffered with digestive issues when these pills improved my symptoms in one day. I do take them before every meal so 3 times a day and have been for about 2 months now. If I run out or miss a day or forget them before a meal my symptoms return but subside again when I take them. Love these pills and won’t go without them. If you’re struggling with digestive issues please try these pills! 💕
Started taking this instead of fish oil. As i heard that the fish oil can cause A-fib. Which did not want and besides am vegan. My acupuncturist said i should take 2 per lunch and supper because my C-reactive Protein was high. This Vegan Omega -3 lowered it in a month. She was amazed that it dropped so fast. The best thing for me is after taking, if i eat one of my food sensitive foods. My reaction is none or very light. The only down side is it raised both the good and bad cholesterol. So am now taking 1 per lunch and supper to see if it makes a difference. For a month then another blood test.
