I bought this potty several months ago for my 2 year old granddaughter. It made potty training so much easier by providing consistency by having a potty readily available at all times; even during outings. We have one in each car along with a supply of disposable potty liners. We carry it EVERYWHERE we go. It is so much easier and more sanitary than public facilities when we are out and about or traveling. While at Disneyland, I simply put the potty in her stroller seat, when she had to go and put a blanket over the stroller to conceal her. It is a life saver. I order the 2-n-1 Palatette Plus Disposable Potty Liners 30 pack. I also buy "mini" rolls of toilet tissue at the Dollar Store and keep a roll under the car sheet in a plastic bag. So, so convenient.
My daughter didn't use it yet. But she seems like it
I bought this to have in the car as we just started potty training. I keep it on the back seat floor and any time she tells me she has to go, we just pull over immediately. There's no more need to drive around looking for a suitable place to stop. I put a couple paper towels inside to absorb the pee which also eliminates splashing that some reviews talked about. Then I transfer the wet paper towels to a ziplock or grocery bag or deal with it later if I forget one. I don't need the bags it comes with. I took it on vacation which was awesome and some friends said they wished they had that when their kids were young. It is small enough to put it in the stroller to take to parks without bathrooms. I couldn't imagine potty training without it or taking my daughter into some not-so-sanitary bathrooms unnecessarily.
Liked the fact it could be higher than a very low travel potty. Worked really well; two year old twins took to it right away. Only drawback is no splash guard for little boys.
Bought this to take with us on road trips, great for both my 3 year old and our 18 month old! My only issue is trying to find liners for it with absorbent pads! If someone made that, it would be perfect!
For some bizarre reason, they will not sell additional liners, and no one else makes them. So after your kid has used the 10 liners that come with the potty, you have to either throw the entire potty away, or carry around a urine and feces soiled potty (or I guess hand-wash it) They make they bates, because they include a few with the potty, but they refuse to sell them separately.
