This is a really great value NO ONE can believe I paid what I did for it. You know with the money you save you can buy all the cute bumper sets to go with it and it looks like a million bucks and great so far!!
I was searching for an inexpensive crib to use when our Grandson came to visit. This crib is an excellent value and was exactly what I was looking for. I did not assemble the drawer underneath as I have a dresser in the room and do not need it.
this product isn't as bad as i thought it would be from reading all the reviews. the quality isn't as good but it's a pretty decent crib. setting up the crib wasn't hard at all. it didn't take my husband and i that long to put it together. the only problem is the parts weren't labeled but there weren't too many pieces to figure them out. just use your common sense
you get what you pay for .this baby bed is a good bed for our last baby #5 it will do the job . but i dont think its one of those to last for a lot of babies.putting it together not bad color was nice.
This was a drop-sided crib but it had been modified to be a fix-sided crib and the instructions have been updated as such. We purchased this crib for #2 as #1 had a drop-sided crib. So we did not want to spend a lot of money and it was the least expensive one we could find. It went together easily and fast and seems to be just fine when it comes to how stable it is and how it looks. It will do for what we were needing but we plan on only using it as a crib-not converting it but having that option is a nice bonus especially at the price.
I wa so disappointed to open the package and found that many parts were missing. I returned it to the store and purchased one from the store.
crib pieces were scratched and color was not uniform. Overall quality was poor. I bought this as a gift and was embarrassed.
First of all, this crib did not come with the right instructions. The instructions that it came with were for a different crib. It did not come with all the right pieces either. Needless to say this was a nightmare to get put together.... The head piece and foot piece were stained a cherry color. While the side pieces were a dark espresso color... The little side rail for the conversion to a toddler bed was stained more of a dark walnut. Pretty much this crib looks like it was pieced together from multiple other cribs.. I guess you get what you pay for.....
ordered this crib a couple weeks ago and have already returned it. my husband tried putting it together but was missing several pieces. he tried to put the drawer together first but when he went to screw the drawer together the wood cracked. the wood scratched easily and overall it just seemed like a cheap crib. i would not recommend this crib.
Overall this is a very cheap product. The paint job is cheap and visibly smudged, scratched, and dented on arrival. The Crib was missing several pieces. The 'permanent instructions' printed on the crib are incorrect for this product. Upon attempting to correct the issue of missing items & incorrect instructions I spoke to a representative. Not only was the rep very rude and unhelpful, but when I further asked him to explain what he was saying, (He spoke very poor English and had a very thick accent) he was not only short with me but proceeded to tell me, "I have already spent enough time on you, I have more important customers." I was astounded at the level of disrespect so I asked to speak with a manager. Immediately I was cut off, told there is no manager, and he can not transfer me. I felt this was not correct so I asked if a manager/supervisor could please call me back. No such call has been returned, I am no longer able to even contact someone at customer service. And the missing pieces are going to take 4+ weeks to arrive. Which is twice the amount of time it took for the initial delivery of the crib. Overall, poor product, poor instructions, and very poor customer service! Save yourself a lot of time, frustration, & money by shopping a different brand! Buyers beware!!!
