A good way of consuming daily dose of vitamin c . Great for acidity and removing heat from the digestive system as per Ayurveda
The shape of the pill is round, it is not small, but easy to swallow. It is natural source of vitamin C. I do not take synthetic vitamin C, because usually I have a face skin rash for cheap vitamin C synthetic analogs. So, this is very good product to take. I take it for preventive measures from cold and flue.
I decided to switch from synthetic Vitamin C to natural Vitamin C. Since Amla has centuries of validation behind it from the science of Ayruveda I choose this. Organic India is a well respected brand and the herbs always look and smell potent.
Amalaki is also a potent rejuvenative for the entire body. It is said to promote the production of red blood cells, support cellular regeneration, increase lean body mass and support proper function of the liver, spleen, heart and lungs. It has also been used to promote healthy eyes, bones, teeth, hair and nails. It improves the digestive fire, maintains a healthy blood sugar level already in the normal range and is a rich natural source of antioxidant
There is no aftertaste. I purchased this for my mild nonalcoholic fatty liver as apparently it helps.
Amla is one of the highest antioxidant herbs out there. The quality ingredient known for improvement and benefit of ageing. I've been taking the supplement for a few days and not sure if its a placebo effect but noticing improvements in energy and mental focus.
I really like the quality of products from Organic India very much. I've been buying many of their products for yrs. I've just started taking their Amla. I feel my mind is clearer and it has given me an overall healthy strength to my daily life.
Definitely helps clear up the skin though can be a bit drying if you consume too much. Felt there was some implying my hair but need to take longer. Great to know it's organic and capsule form is wonderful- I have tried the powder form and it is quite challenging to take
I would recommend taking a higher dosage that is suitable to you to get the optimal benefits but I will not repurchase as it is pricey for the amount you get but I was happy it came in a glass bottle that is tinted. Lid is plastic.
it is a good quality product, and I have been using it since October and still haven't seen results. I got sick in late November for weeks, and this didn't help at all. my energy has been low, and my hair is looking dull, and I honestly dont think it works. I bought two bottles. I will stick to it until I finish it. Maybe I will change my mind.
