Have been using it for about a week. Am hoping it will help with my general immunity. Too early to tell if it is having any effect. The instructions say to take 2 tablets a day, or 6 tablets a day during times of high stress and weakened immune function. Hmm. I might try 12 tablets a day and see if that works any better! (grin)
