This is our first baby and my husband and I don't have a lot of money, but this is such a beautiful crib. It is actually real wood, not compressed! It also looks really pretty with the stain and it was awesome that walmart had such a huge selection of Graco cribs online that you could ship to the store for free!!!! We are very happy and excited to have this crib and it was not hard to put together either.
This is our first baby, so I did a LOT of research on all kinds of various different cribs and this one caught my eye from the beginning. The price was very reasonable and the crib looks GREAT! It was fairly simple to put together, there's not a lot of pieces to put together. It looks great with the Fairy Garden theme I've got going for my upcoming daughter.
We bought this site-to-store and received it in perfect condition in 7 days from ordering with great packing. Everything was perfect and the wood is amazing but VERY orange! I'd call it a slightly darker than carrot orange. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and I put it together extremely easily while over 8 months pregnant in about an hour with me moving very slowly. I LOVED the quality and the look but I ended up taking it back and ordering the cherry color since the color was so strong that everything clashed with it, even my husband hated the color and you know how our guys are about caring what colors things are :) I'm beyond impressed with this crib and can't wait for the Cherry one to arrive. I attached pictures to show a more honest color vs. the stock photos on this website. Please ignore the mess, we're replacing the floor :) It's MUCH more orange than my pictures even show and looking at them I'd probably still order it but after seeing it in person...WOW...SO ORANGE. Hopefully my pics can at least help you decide on the color yourself.
this crib is absolutely beautiful and didn't take much time to put together with my sister. I love the color and the different mattress positions. my farm house bedding looks amazing with the wood color and my mobile fits on it like a glove. very excited to use this crib with my new baby in 2 months.
The crib is very nice. My husband put it togehter and said it was easy. The quality is nice great price. I was shocked by the wood color. The wal-mart web site picture makes the wood look darker. It still is a nice color of wood and goes with the glider my husband got at a different store. We are pleased with it . Our daughter hasn't used it much because she sleeps in the bassint more.
I bought this crib in cherry and I looked everywhere for a good,safe,cheap crib that had the matching changing table (I will review as well). My mother bought me the whole set under $200 - great deal! What I love - It is beautiful and is very easy to put together. It made his room for sure! What I not so like - The paint is kinda cheap and will scratch or chip if it hits the wall. The drop down is a little hard at first but my husband showed me how to use it and I have no problem. Im not sure the crib will make it to toddler hood in the same condition but for a little over a hundred bucks this is an amazing deal. We are first time parents and I LOVE this crib, I would recommend it to someone who cant spend tons but wants an expensive look.
the color is beautiful, however, as some other customers had mentioned, the wood does nick pretty easy, which is a little disappointing considering it is supposed to last a long time. set-up was moderately easy, but we did have a little trouble getting the drop-side to lock into place. other than that, i'm quite pleased with the quality of this product for the price i paid.
This seems to be a great crib for a good price but the color is nothing like what you see online! We had to return the crib and find another because the color was so different and reddish that it made our hardwood floors look like they were a dingy green!
I bought this crib because of the good review rating, the color, and because it was a 4-in-1 for a very good price. When opening the box, I was very pleased with the color of the crib, but very displeased with the quality and the company. As I preparded to put the crib together I notice that one of the legs of the crib, had been broken into two different places, mainly broken where you would have to place the screws in to hold the crib up, and for some odd reason it had been glued back together as if nothing was every wrong. That was really upsetting and displeasing to me, and it said alot about the Graco as a company. I'm saying to myself, "Why would anyone glue this broken wood back together and then continue to sell it, knowing it's considered one of the most important part of the crib that helps hold it together." So I packed up the crib and returned it back to Wal-Mart, and you better believe I will never buy any other products from Graco again.
Easy to put together but was cracked in critical place and one of the key elements to the sliding mechanism is faulty.
