Soft lining in the middle that is plush and protective. Fits true to the size of my standard changing pad. Easy to clean and durable after multiple washes. The center of it has a road going down the center of it too. My little found it so exciting and loves playing with his car on it as we change him and afterwards doesn't want to get down because of it! Haha! It fit his car decor perfectly and added that extra cute feature we needed to complete his room.
