The center piece of the changing pad cover is made of fleece and thus comfortable to the touch and keeps my baby warm when I change him. This is really good especially during winter as after baby bath time, I change my baby on the changing pad too. There are two holes at the side of the cover for changing pad’s safety strap, so much better than other covers that I had. Love it !
