I'm not pregnant, I just wanted a pillow to snuggle up with since I'm sleeping alone. It's a nice idea, but there's a seam that lines up with your crotch or backside that is quite uncomfortable. Plus there's no cover. I tried to put pillow cases on both ends to keep it clean but they kept falling off. I'd like to find one of these that has some sort of 'boning' so it can be shaped around you-and perhaps a Velcro belt-like closure so it will support the back and feel more like a "hug". Mainly, that seam was the dealbreaker, though...the area of your body that it lines up on is weird and uncomfortable and probably would be the first place the pillow would tear/rip. Wish this had worked, I hate sleeping alone!!
