So far I have been enjoying them, the sound quality definitely is much better than my 1 %26 2nd Generation AirPods. There is a difference on them I do like the design and all and the updates it has by being able to mute the call from the headphone itself. In my opinion this is just my opinion when I put them on, unfortunately it feels as my ear is to small so sometimes they’ll fall out of my ear not sure if others have had this experience, or my ear is just small or I have no clue regardless of that, they are comfortable they don’t hurt like I saw in other reviews, I have no negative feelings about them if you are truly into wanting to get an update, and are not a huge fan of the AirPods Pro. These are amazing the sound quality and comfort is perfect! I truly recommend them especially if your updating from 1 %26 2 Generation. You can definitely tell there is a difference between 1 %26 2nd Generation. To the AirPods 3rd Generation. Check the images.
I really like that they have good FaceTime audio it’s really nice, good music audio too But. My only pet peeve is they are a little big for my ears but overall I’ll give them an 8/10 😊

I received these airpods and within a week they were messing up. Im still having trouble returning the items %26 whenever i try to return in store, the barcodes provided will not scan in the system.
I was waiting for the delivery and I was tracking the guy who was delivering the item. I called him, texted him and I was rude. I received an used airpods. the box was sealed with clear tape. I opened and clearly was used, earwax on them. I returned the item right away. I add some pictures of the item.
This item was originally supply to come a day early but it came to me late. On top of that the package was empty with bubble wrap. It's ridiculous because the package was open and repackaged. I have to cancel all my items I ordered just because my item was stolen and on top of that it came a day late. I just wasted my time and money on this bubble wrap. I don't recommend. Whoever delivered this doesn't have common sense either because they knew they were delivering an repackage and empty box with bubble wrap.
Walmart delivered us an empty box without the product (AirPods). We wasted hours trying to get help from customer service at Walmart-online and from the store, all to no avail. They said because they delivered a box and the delivery person took a photo, there is nothing they could do. I never write reviews but with holidays approaching, I am worried about others losing money and products and companies not seeming to care.
