The best earplugs ever! Noisy neighbors late at night used to give me anxiety, now I put the plugs in and don't hear them anymore. Just follow directions on box and ur good to go.
Work fine for a short while, but will slip out after prolonged use. Recommend doubling up with over ear protection if you plan to use these at firing range
