We use this carrier with both my 2 month old for front carries and he loves it, falls asleep every time! He's a bigger baby weighs about 14lbs not sure on height.. We also have used it with my 2yr old although it was only for 10 minutes it was very supportive and surprisingly it went all the way to his underarms.( He was around 28lb 36in at his check up) I love how padded the straps are and it has great lumbar support. The only thing I didn't like is that the stitching isn't perfect some of the blue from the inside comes out on the front so it looks kinda messy. However it's seems more of a cosmetic issue therefore I still give it 5 stars.

I am so happy with this product! My daughter is 6 mos old, and she fits perfectly in this carrier. I have 2 other kids, so there are times where pushing a stroller is just not an option. This is the perfect solution. I'm always worried about her hurting herself, but this makes me feel confident that she's safe and secure. And the padding on the straps is awesome- I was scared my shoulders would hurt and I'd have indentations because of the weight on the straps, but I was wrong. It's actually very comfortable, and plus it looks cute! I love that it has a hood to protect her from the sun; when she's in her stroller I always have the top pulled down over her, and this gives her just as much protection. This is a wonderful carrier- I can't wait to buy it as a gift for my pregnant Mommy friends! I have received the Roam Ergonomic Carrier from Infantino to facilitate my review.
