Arrived on time. Yes, it just came in a sealed plastic bag, but it appears to be brand new and works perfectly. This is my 4th pair of these headphones — great sound (through an equalizer), great microphone, great open design (I can hear myself talking so I don't yell) and all-day comfort. I was looking for replacement ear pads, and found these for about the same price.
Although the headsets felt brand new, the packaging was horrible! zip bags and no protection what so ever.
A little bit creeped out here. The headset arrived and had obviously been used before. There was a hair stuck on one of the ear covers. There were smudges and fingerprints all over it. There was a residue on the ear covers that I don't even want to guess at.
