[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this Broan ventilation fan in our hall bathroom since our old one was making way too much noise and not working correctly. This one is a nice quality fan and it was very quick and easy to install per instructions. It is working great and just what we were looking for.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not realize exactly how bad our exhaust fan in the bathroom needed to be replaced until we did it. I had just gotten use to how loud it was and the fact that it still left our bathroom very humid. Living in the PNW it is wet enough as is... and our bathroom does not have a window and with this new exhaust fan we thankfully will not have to worry about the walls and wood in the bathroom molding due to the damp remaining. While the fan is on, it quietly sucks it all out of the room, and did I mention quiet? Just in case, it is very quiet.

Circulates the air and removes fog from bathroom mirror. Broan is an excellent fan! Very happy with it and I highly recommend it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan arrived in excellent packaging. When I open the box I was impressed by the quality of the packaging material and by the instruction and installation manual. Everything was very clearly written and laid out and made installation of the fan a breeze. My ceiling was open From the top through my attic which made installation a cinch. I was able to install the fan in less than 20 minutes and attached the duct to my outside vent. Electrical connections were very simple given the simple connectors that are included with the fan. Operation of the fan was very intuitive and straightforward. My existing fan was loud and not that powerful and this broan fan was not only super quiet but extremely efficient at removing humidity after a bath or shower. The selectable fan speed is another nice option because depending on the size of the room it is great to know that I can change this from 110 to 132 as high as 150 CFM which is very powerful for a bath fan. All in all, I am very impressed with this item and will likely purchase another to replace the fan in my other bathroom because after a shower a good ventilation fan is an absolute must for all bathrooms as with all broan Products, this is just another example of their excellence

Since then it has been working wonders compared to our last one, and is really working well for us. The quality is great and the noise is kept to a minimum which is really ideal. Would definitely buy from this brand again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old ventilation fan with this one and all I can say is "What a difference!". It's so quiet you hardly even know that it's on. It works so great at pulling the humidity out of the air that when I get out of the shower I don't have to wipe off the bathroom mirror because it's not covered in steam. It's wonderful!

Our matter bathroom is 12 years old and both the water closet fan and the shower fan are soooo loud…time for an update! I was not familiar with Broan- the Instillation process was only 8 steps! The most important qualities for me for this product are efficiency and quiet…and it meets both expectations!
It is really quiet and the automatic feature is great except it comes on unnecessarily on windy days. We have to turn it off then and sometimes forget to turn it on when we shower.
