I like the fast printer but dont like I need too but other side of labels because I need 4x6 .
ordered looking to make shipping labels. did not realize i got the smaller version. but, it it turns out that it is easy to use for everything else i have to label etc. very easy and quick setup. Smoothly can make multiple tags etc. i love it. So i ordered the bigger one just for my shipping labels. and this one i can use for the many other labels. app is awesome and easy to use. and i stay connected.
the printer was nice but I was unable to set it up
This printer requires logging into an account with the manufacturer prior to use. It is advertised as being compatible with almost all platforms. I set up an account on windows and was immediately taken to another window to login again. Once I had logged in a second time I was taken back to my original browser and asked log in a third time. I tried logging in to the account on my iPhone and kept getting a system error message. Tried contacting support through email and kept getting a message saying cookies needed to be enabled. They were. After about an hour of trying to get this to work I re-packaged everything and sent it back for a refund. Not being able to make a piece of equipment like this in 2022 and have it work easily is like not being able to make a fork. Do not buy this printer, it is absolutely useless junk and trying to get it to work or to get support is not worth the stress.
This printer uses proprietary paper that you can only buy from Zebra which is more expensive than just buying a roll of paper. You also can not just download the drivers and start using this printer. You must created an account on the zebra website, add the printer there and then you can start using it from the website. Then you can download the drivers, which also need to connect to the zebra website and then you can start printing. Zebra is normally the best printer brand for printing shipping labels but this printer is a huge miss.
