First of all, several years ago, I could purchase this at just about any large grocery store. NOW, the ONLY place I could find it was Walmart.com!!! As far as the product itself, I've never found anything comparable. . . WHINK makes 2 versions of this, one is a liquid & this one is a powder that foams when water is added or when sprinkled on a wet surface. This stuff is AMAZING... Although it is advertised as a "Rust Remover", it definitely does that, but SO MUCH MORE!!! I have a Navy Blue Toilet in my Guest Bath that had impenetrable hard water stains for the last 4 YEARS;NOTHING had worked, within 5 minutes of applying RUST-OXY almost all of the built up stains were gone & one more application did the trick!! I use it on everything from tub & toilet & grout to concrete stains on our Pool Deck. It IS caustic, so be sure to wear THICK (household cleaning)GLOVES (ie;not the disposable kind).
