Item is a good buy but don't have it shipped leaked into the box not taped up very well.
The box was leaking suds on the porch. One-fourth of the product had poured out into the protective bag. The cap was cracked.
Ive used this before and ot does what i need it to, but the delivery side was no good. It came busted and leaked all over 😠
you get less for the money now an it was leaked all over in the bag an box so now i have to return an wait for a new bottle an hope that one didn't leak all over the place this time. wont order again tho. its hard to fined in store so probably will be getting the original one with no sent. sucks cause i love the smell of the clean linen tho.
Why did I receive this bottle with a cracked cap inside of a plastic bottle. I kept it because it would be too messy to replace, but VERY disappointing!
I ordered two containers of Clorox 2 for Colors. I received 24 cans of cat food!! After getting a return authorization, I took the box to the local FedEx shipping center where I was made aware that they are unable to scan codes. After returning the cat food to the local Walmart, they would only reimburse me for one of the bottles. Horrid service all around!!

Clorox 2 bleach for colors was delivered with broken top. As a result, the contents spilled into the box it was delivered in.
Clorox 2 arrived damaged. The cap was not taped to prevent the cap from loosening. Cap was slightly loose and some of the liquid spilled out into the shipping box. Spilled product soaked the box of another item that was shipped in the same box. That box had a celo bag inside so still usable. Majority of Clorox 2 was still intact. Liquid is of course all over the plastic bubble packing. However, I called Walmart to request a refund for both items. Because they were both damaged. After being on hold for 20 minutes and speaking with 2 different representatives who put me on hold in order to help me, I hung up. Not calling back as I can still use the products. However, if the cap had been properly taped, there would be no issue. Extremely poor customer service.
Package arrived all over the box! Not enough in it to return. I ordered it and had it delivered to my daughter and she said it was a horrible mess she had to clean up. So paid for nothing.
