Purchase this phone because it was smaller than many of the comparable phones. It has worked without any issues. It's a cheap phone therefore doesn't have a large memory or fast processor but it does the job of phone, handy camera and limited app downloads just fine.
Works great. Built in audio equalizer. Somthing other phones dont do. Pretty fast. But I ordered 2 and each has different software.mine is fast but the other lags some...idk also I got these and a week later the a01 galaxy went on sale for same price.. .dang. but it's a good phone for the cost.
First Samsung device and it's definitely my favorite phone I've had so far. Wouldn't know it was ever reconditioned if they hadn't sold it for such a great deal.
For the price it works as expected. I got the refurbished one and I think the battery goes too fast. I use it just to send text and call. I deleted all apps that I dont use and it still consumes battery too fast. Other than that it works as expected.
After 2 weeks, I still have not had a 4G signal even within a mile of the appropriate antennae. My previous LG phone was strong enough to get 4g from the 2nd floor of my home in a weak signal area. This new samsung phone can't even get more than one bar in 3G here.
This phone would have been better if it would have had a better charger. I am not sure if this phone was refurbished but the charger does not charge the phone fast. It even says that the charger is not the original one. The phone glitches out every now and again. I wish I would have bought a better phone. It is good for preteens but I would not even buy this for a teen. It does not have a lot of storage room either. Not a good buy.
I bought it less than a month ago and it has had me to update it every day and it keeps telling me no sim card. When I touch the screen for the phone it goes to everything but the telephone. I am never purchasing another samsung phone and I am considering changing carriers
This phone is horrible. It will not stay on. Continuously shutting itself off and dropping calls. When it is on it freezes. It needs to be replaced. I talked with someone about it Saturday 19 and they told me a replacement was being sent. We still have not received it.
I wish I wouldn't have bought the for my 2 oldest kids. even put time on them. they still haven't been able to use them for total wireless. its been almost a month now.
Please do not buy this phone Ive had this phone for 3 months and it doesnt even charge anymore. Buyers beware
