I have had mine for almost a year now. I love it !! It is fast, easy to understand and move around one. The screen is huge but not over powering. The pictures come out BEAUTIFUL!! I love this phone !!
I'm someone that's an apple person I've had every iPhone from the iPhone 5S all the way to the iPhone x but I dropped my iPhone x in the puddle and got ruined so I went cheaper and I got this phone so far it seems to be pretty awesome the speeds great the camera the screen the battery life is outstanding all in all I would recommend this phone to anyone that wants a good Droid phone
The phone is a good one as it looks new to me, works good to be a refurbished type, it was easy to transfer my service over to it,
I love this phone! I usually pay $3-400 for a new phone, so I was skeptical to get this phone because of the price and the slogan you get what you pay for. In this case....you get a great phone for what little you pay for it! It is much better in all aspects to my $400 phone. I had planned on just using this one to get me by until I can save up for the more expensive one. But now I see that I don't need to. This phone is awesome and I got the refurbished device. If you are a Samsung Galaxy person, I say go for it! Totally worth every cent!
It doesn't have the greatest Camera, but you are buying budget phone not a camera. Does everything its supposed to do. nice size screen, OS runs smoothly No issues with the voicemail. This my second J7 first on I dropped. Bought this one because it was cheaper than the repair.
I bought this phone on black Friday 2017. I had used the galaxy s series up to the galaxy s4 and switched to this one because the s4 software became too outdated for the apps I use. I have been happily surprised by the quality of this phone. It's all I really need and is keeping me from paying several hundred to keep up with the s series phones.
Been using this phone for a while. Has been doing fine but cannot get some apps to go to my Samsung SD card to free up memory on my phone's internal storage. Bluetooths great to my Samsung Level U wireless headset. Bought a Samsung phone case with ring and have no problem dropping it. Still in like new condition.
I'm on my third Samsung Galaxy...They've added sox many new features..The pixels on this phone is unreal!! I'm able to take quality pix.Im always ask "Who did those pictures "? User friendly. Emojis,more than ever! I buy Samsung, hands down!
I bought this phone about a year ago. I absolutely loved it, until this past weekend when it did a software update. Now my phone is a paperweight because it constantly reboots and won't go past the logo screen. I've booted the phone up into safe mode, did a factory reset, but then the phone software updated and we are back to constantly rebooting.
I've had this phone for 2 months now and just now discovered that it does not indicate when you have voice mail. Turns out my voice mail box was full. Did a ton of research on this issue and all indications are that Samsung is aware of the issue and simply does not want to fix it. It apparently does not apply to all J&s but I can tell you the new phone I purchased via Straight Talk does have the issue. This makes the phone useless to me
